Looking for something to do with the Family this Labor Day long weekend ? The City of Richmond is hosting their Annual Richmond World Festival on September 1 & 2. Due to the Festival’s popularity this year the event has been expanded to 2 days !
The Family Friendly Festival celebrates cultural diversity through Music, Food, Sport and Art from around the World. There is something fun for everyone to enjoy.
Performers
Artists and Performers all the way from South Korea and beyond will be performing. K-Pop star Verbal Jint headlines on Friday night and Canada’s own Tokyo Police Club and Dragonette perform on Saturday alongside an eclectic lineup of cultural performances. There will be more than 75 Artists performing on 9 stages throughout the two day event. Plan your Day by checking out the Stage Schedule.
Festival Attractions
Attractions & Activities include Food Trucks, Kids World, Culinary Stage, Artisan Market, and a Global Village. The FEASTival of Flavor is sure to be a crowd favorite with over 40+ food trucks serving up Fusion Flavor.

Getting There: Use Transit Skytrain or Bus. If you have to drive, there is limited parking available at the South Parkade at Richmond Centre, Richmond City Hall, and along adjacent neighbour streets
This year will be our Family’s first time visiting the Festival. We are looking forward to bringing our Toddler to check out the Kids World attraction. You will probably find Hubby and I getting our EAT ON at the Food Trucks area and exploring the Artisan Market.
